The RSN group can be joined by any operator beeing active on the 11 meter band, regardless of origin, nation, religion or whatever. There are NO restrictions. We are in good believe, that everybody of us knows how to operate a radio. We do NOT buy members. We do NOT deny there wish to join us, because of rumors around. You do NOT need to have confirmed dozens of countries before you can join. You do NOT need to pay year by year, its fee. All you need to do is, to have fun on the radio and respect other people, then enjoy the DX!
